Digital Force Gauge

Digital Force Gauge

The digital force meter/gauge is not only for various physical and mechanical performance tests of rubber, plastic sheets, pipes, profiles, plastic films, wires and cables, waterproof coils, metal wires, cartons, and other materials but also for various materials Mechanical force used for static load, tension, compression, bending, shear, tear, peeling and other mechanical performance tests of equipment and equipment. All the digital force meters can capture the peak force in both tension and compression and have selectable units of measurement. A digital force meter or gauge with good quality can better enhance your efficiency and accuracy, and further reduce your cost. Mikro metry, as one of the most professional test & measurement tools suppliers in China, amazing high-accuracy tension force gauges may be handheld or used with our test stand.

Types of Force Meter

As a proficient measuring instruments manufacturing company, Mikrometry has four types of force meters, namely EFG, EFGE, EFGS, and EFGH series. EFG and EFGE are built-in sensors, and EFG accuracy is higher than EFGE. EFGS and EFGH are external sensors, there are two types of external sensors, S type, and R type, mainly used for large-range measurement. The hand-held force gauge, a tensile force gauge, is a small and convenient tensile pressure test instrument. Our mechanical hand-held force gauge meter has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, simultaneous display of Newton and kilogram units, and convenient strapping. The digital push-pull force gauge is a small, multi-functional, and high-precision push-pull force test instrument. The digital push pull force gauge meter is suitable for push-pull load tests, bottom pressure tests, destruction tests, etc. of various products.

High Accuracy Force Gauge Ranges

Mikrometry built-in sensors including EFG and EFGE series. While the EFG digital force meter holds the measuring ability ranging up to 220 lbf with an accuracy of ±0.2% F.S, the EFGE series handy force gauge measures up to 220 lbf with an accuracy of ±0.3% F.S.

The external sensor EFGS series tensile force gauge measures up to 4500 lbf and accuracy of ±0.2% F.S; The EFGH series digital force meter measures up to 112500 lbf with an accuracy of 0.03%+sensor's accuracy.

Digital Force Meter Advantages

Digital Force Meter Advantages

Mikrometry digital force gauges are designed for digital tension and compression force gauges testing Ergonomic design. The features are: easy to carry with small size and light weight. The digital tension force gauges have selectable units, programmable high/low setpoints and output peak or continuous data for collection by optional data acquisition software in USB, RS232, Digimatic and analog formats. Each kit includes a selection of attachments and a hard plastic carrying case.

DIGITAL TENSION FORCE GAUGES FAQS

What is force gauge?

An instrument for measuring force.

What is the accuracy about digital force gauge?

The accuracy of our high accuracy force gauge is 0.2% FS (0.2% of full scale).

How is pull force measured?

The measurement of tensile force usually involves fixing one end of the test piece and fixing the other end on the dynamometer probe by a measuring hook or a special clamp. Move the dynamometer to measure the tensile force according to a certain measurement method.

How do you use a push pull gauge?

The dynamometer can be used for hand-held measurement, or it can be installed on equipment or a special measuring table. The measuring head or fixture is used to carry out unidirectional tension and load bidirectional tension and compression measurement of the workpiece.
